Who provides CSVReady
CSVReady is provided by Adam Dawson trading as DawsonyWeb, a UK sole trader. Email: info@dawsony.com. Business correspondence address: DawsonyWeb, Ground Floor, Radley House, Richardshaw Road, Leeds, LS28 6LE, United Kingdom. DawsonyWeb is not VAT registered. No UK VAT is added to the advertised prices.
What you are buying
CSVReady formats supported bank and payment CSV files for Xero, QuickBooks Online and FreeAgent. It does not connect to your bank, provide accounting or tax advice, exchange currencies, reconcile balances or identify every duplicate. PDF, XLSX, OFX and QuickBooks Desktop QBO files are not currently supported.
Check your source report, date order, column mapping and currency. Review the validation results and import a free five-row sample into your accounting software before purchasing. Keep your original statement. An accounting platform may still reject a file because of its settings, import limits or changing requirements.
Price, payment and access
Paid plans are currently offered only to UK residents and businesses established in the UK. Free previews and samples remain available without purchase.
A single-file pass costs £6 GBP for the full output of one prepared conversion. This is a one-off payment with no renewal. Access expires 24 hours after the original upload. Payment does not restart that clock. The expiry time is shown before checkout. Guest access uses the same browser session as the upload.
Pro costs £19 GBP each month and renews automatically until cancelled. There is no minimum term beyond the current monthly billing period. Pro includes unlimited conversions while your subscription is active, subject to the same 20 MB and 100,000-row per-file limits and security rate limits. Each file still expires 24 hours after upload. Pro does not include permanent statement storage, saved clients or batch conversion.
Stripe securely handles payment details. Check the product and total before confirming payment. Your bank may charge separately for currency conversion. Your paid access begins when payment is confirmed; a delayed bank or payment-provider response may delay access. We email your purchase details and the accepted terms. Contact us if payment succeeds but access does not appear.
Starting immediately and cancelling
At checkout you separately request that the paid service starts immediately. We do not require you to give up your initial cancellation rights. You may request a full refund of a single-file purchase or the first Pro payment within 14 days of purchase, including if you have already used the service. No reason is required.
To cancel or request a refund, email info@dawsony.com or use the contact form at https://csv.dawsony.com/contact. Include your payment reference or account email and the purchase date. Do not send a bank statement. We issue an agreed refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request; your bank may take additional time to display it. A refunded single-file pass loses paid access. A refunded Pro subscription is cancelled and its paid access ends.
Cancel future Pro renewals using “Manage or cancel subscription” in your account at https://csv.dawsony.com/account. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, with access continuing until then. Contact us if you cannot use the portal. Cancelling future renewals is separate from requesting a refund. Renewals are not covered by the initial 14-day goodwill refund window, but your statutory rights concerning faults, misdescription or other grounds for a refund remain unaffected.
Optional cancellation form
Send to Adam Dawson trading as DawsonyWeb, info@dawsony.com, DawsonyWeb, Ground Floor, Radley House, Richardshaw Road, Leeds, LS28 6LE, United Kingdom. You can use this wording, but do not have to: “I give notice that I cancel my CSVReady purchase. Product: [single-file pass or Pro]. Ordered on: [date]. Payment reference or account email: [reference]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].” Add a signature only if submitting on paper.
Your files and client information
Upload only information you are authorised to process. You retain your rights in your files and allow us to process them only to provide the service. If you act for a client, you are responsible for the necessary instructions and permissions. Read the privacy notice at https://csv.dawsony.com/privacy and data-handling information at https://csv.dawsony.com/data-handling before uploading. The business processing terms at https://csv.dawsony.com/processing-terms form part of the agreement for business or client statements.
Files and transaction details are temporary. Access ends 24 hours after upload and scheduled cleanup deletes expired files and conversion records. You can delete them sooner from the preview. Download anything you need to keep. Billing and contract records are retained separately and do not contain statement contents or filenames.
Problems and complaints
Contact info@dawsony.com with a description and payment reference if something goes wrong. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two working days and provide an outcome or progress update within ten working days. Depending on the problem and your rights, the remedy may include correction, repeat performance, a price reduction or refund.
Responsible use and availability
Do not upload malware, access another person's files, bypass access controls or disrupt the service. We may suspend misuse or temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance or security. We will handle a paid service we cannot provide in accordance with the remedies above.
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded. You remain responsible for checking your bookkeeping and keeping your own records.
Changes and applicable law
The terms accepted with your purchase govern that purchase. Later changes do not retrospectively remove your rights. We will give reasonable advance notice of material subscription price or service changes so you can cancel before they take effect. English law applies, without removing mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
